Founder and President
Mr. Parker has been in the telecommunications industry for the past three decades as a central office equipment installer and field supervisor. He has worked as a contractor with companies such as Windstream, Alltel, GTE, Sprint, LCI, NY Bell, MCI, DSC and Contel. Roger is the company's operational team lead who has robust industry knowledge and has the solution for every technical issue that a customer might be experiencing.
Roger’s primary responsibilities at Elite Tech include project management, & coordination, job cost estimation, EF&I engineering and design, general operations and corporate management. Roger also oversees the dispatching management team to ensure the company's network of technicians are working & travelling as efficiently as possible.
VP of Human Resources
Ms. Lyons has been working within the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. Currently as the Director of Human Resources and Office Operations, her responsibilities at Elite Tech include employee relations, performance management, organizational development, office management and safety of the workforce. Staci started with the company in its second year of operation, and has worked her way up to become an integral part of Elite Tech. Staci works alongside the legal and accounting teams on a daily basis.
Staci’s previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, and work at Pennsylvania State University, helped to develop her knowledge base which has evolved to effectively and productively run Elite’s daily business activity within the office environment.
Mr. Schaffer brings over 30 years experience in senior management, operations and business development in the telecommunications industry. Brian's experience prior to Elite Technologies included co-founding a successful CLEC (Tech Valley Communications, in Albany, NY) and heading a mid-market CLEC at Daystar Communications, based in Florida. He also held other senior management positions at TDS Telecom, MCI Worldcom, GTE Wireless, and other various telecom start-ups.
Brian's primary responsibilities at Elite are Executive Business Management, Corporate Strategizing, Leadership, Business Development & Customer Satisfaction and Mergers & Acquisition Management. Brian oversees all directors of the company to ensure that they are working towards the collective goals of Elite Tech.
Snr Director of Operations & Systems Administration
Mr. Sehring has been practicing the IT profession for 28 years. He attended DuBois Business College where he obtained an Associate Degree, majoring in Information Technology Systems. John also pioneered a successful business providing various high level IT services throughout Central and Western Pennsylvania.
John initially assisted the IT Department with day-to-day systems and processes. John’s initiative and leadership strengths helped him to progress into the company’s management team. John ensures that Elite Tech’s electronic IT systems are integrated with current company & customer needs. John also manages the inbound & outbound supply logistics in coordination with the warehousing department.
Snr Director - SE Operations
Mr. Cowan completed a Dual Major in Business and MIT (Management of Information Technology) from the University of Central Florida. He has worked as a professional FOREX (Foreign Exchange) analyst and trader previously, where he was responsible for complex market analysis, which required specialized skills to organize the impact of worldwide economic fundamentals. He also worked in customer relations & business organization for Marriott International for 15 years.
Matt's duties include overseeing daily business operations of the Southeast, developing and implementing growth strategies, training staff, improving revenue, evaluating performance & productivity, assisting with & overseeing project implementations in addition to analyzing account and financial data.

SVP of Business Relations
Ms. Brysha completed a Bachelor of Communications at RMIT University, and has sound experience in branding, account management, business development, online marketing, copywriting, direct & B2B marketing, along with customer relations.
Ruby's 5 years with Elite Tech have seen her work and excel alongside the Business Development team to enhance business relations and experiences, in addition to creating marketing collateral to bolster Elite Tech’s presence in the telecommunications industry. Her primary responsibilities include marketing, meeting budget forecasts/targets, directing the business relations team, business development, contracts and strategic plan implementation, specializing in supporting government, telecom & public utility contracts.
Mr. Bathgate brought to the Company over two decades of experience in Business Development and Customer Relations from his past roles with high-end international hotel and restaurant brands. He was able to transfer his skills into the telecommunications industry, to which he has successfully sought ways to utilize his career knowledge to foster lasting relationships with customers.
He understands and emphasizes that, in addition to excellent work quality, strong relationships with customers are the key to the Company’s success. He specializes in providing comprehensive support to telecom customers at every stage and ensuring client satisfaction end-to-end.
