Founder and President
Mr. Parker has been in the telecommunications industry for the past 29 years as a central office equipment installer and field supervisor. He has worked as a contractor with companies such as Windstream, Alltel, GTE, Sprint, LCI, NY Bell, MCI, DSC and Contel.
Roger’s primary responsibilities at Elite are project management, coordination of all projects, job cost estimation, EF&I engineering and design, general operations and corporate management.
Mr. Morrison has been in the telecommunications industry for 27 years as a central office equipment installer and field supervisor. Jim was enlisted in the United States Air Force where he received his training in Wideband Communications and equipment installation.
He has worked as a contractor with Windstream, Century Link, Alltel, Sprint, GTE, LCI, and Omnipoint. Jim’s primary responsibilities at Elite are project cost estimation, EF&I engineering and design, management of IT department, and general operations and corporate management.
Alan brings substantial financial knowledge to the company, and has previous international experience across Europe, Africa and the Middle East with GE. Alan completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts and has been providing financial guidance in the media and telecommunications industries for the last four decades.
Alan works alongside the CEO on a day-to-day basis, and manages the financial and accounting teams within Elite Tech.
Mr. Schaffer brings over 29 years experience in senior management, operations and business development in the telecommunications industry. Brian's experience prior to Elite Technologies included co-founding a successful CLEC (Tech Valley Communications, in Albany, NY) and heading a mid-market CLEC in Daystar Communications, based in Florida. He also held other senior management positions at TDS Telecom, MCI Worldcom, GTE Wireless, and other various telecom start-ups.
Brian's primary responsibilities at Elite are Executive Business Management, Corporate Strategies, Leadership, Business Development & Customer Satisfaction and Mergers & Acquisition Management.
Director of HR
Ms. Lyons has been working within the telecommunications industry for over 19 years. Currently as the Director of Human Resources and Office Operations, her responsibilities at Elite Tech include employee relations, performance management, organizational development, office management and safety of the workforce.
In addition she is the direct assistant for the company’s President. Staci’s previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, at Pennsylvania State University passages, has delivered the knowledge to effectively and productively run Elite’s daily business activity within the office environment.
