President Roger Parker, Vice President James Stevenson, and Vice President James Morrison currently hold the company’s stock. Prior to starting Elite, these gentlemen worked in the telecommunications industry and combined, bring over 30 yrs of experience and a wide range of expertise to the company. They have selected a team with extensive skill in various aspects of the telecommunications industry, all of whom continue to be valuable to the company.

Roger Parker, President

Roger has been in the telephone industry for the past 19 years as a central office equipment installer. During that time he worked for Total Communications and Dubois communications. Roger’s past job duties included, field supervisor, as well as an area supervisor during the last few years. Roger has worked as a central office installer for Alltel, GTE, Sprint, LCI, NY Bell, MCI, DSC and Contel to name a few.

Roger’s primary responsibilities at Elite are overall management of the installers, coordinating all jobs with necessary and skilled personnel, estimating, and general corporate management.

James Stevenson, Vice President

Jim has been in the telephone industry for the past 14 years. Jim’s background entails being a field supervisor and traveling all over the country working in offices for Alltel, Sprint, GTE, and Contel. Before beginning his career with DuCom, Jim had previous experience in manufacturing management.

James’s primary responsibilities at Elite are management of the cable department and warehousing, and purchasing agent.

James Morrison, Vice President

Jim was enlisted in the United States Air Force where he received the majority of this training. Upon honorable discharge in 1991, Jim began working for a local telecommunications company as a Central Office Equipment Installer. Jim was a field supervisor for many years ensuring that all jobs were completed accurately and on schedule. Jim has worked in phone offices for Alltel, Sprint, GTE, LCI, and Omnipoint, to name a few.

Jim’s primary responsibility at Elite is overseeing the IT department and help with the development of new business opportunities. Jim also assist in preparing estimates for larger projects.
